Customer convenience is just one of the
many services we offer. When you call Rivertech
for your computer problems, you will have the choice of what will work out
best for you and your busy schedule. You can either have us come to your
home or place of business, or if you prefer bring your patient to our
place of business. Either way, you will be treated in a friendly,
professional manner that you deserve.
We will evaluate your computer for
nominal fee,
and give you all the options that are available, so you will make the
right decision, for your particular needs. The estimate that you receive
from us will not change unless, of course, additional parts will be needed
to complete the repairs. Before we will proceed with the repairs, we will
call you and get your approval. Honesty is what we place our reputation
on, and we don’t take that lightly.
It doesn’t matter if you are running
one computer or a hundred. Our main objective is to get you and your
computer up and running again in the least amount of time.
If we are not completely satisfied with
the way that you computer is performing, it will not be returned to you
until we have running smoothly.
