a reliable Virus Protection, but most importantly---UPDATE IT!!! |

Don't
download or open any files from someone you don't know. Also be very,
very, leery even if it is something that has been forwarded to you by
someone your know and trust. |

Back-up
your files on a regular basis. If you do get a virus, at least
you can recover your files from your back-up. |
